District and Session Court Haripur Jobs 2025 – Full Guide & Application Instructions

The most important announced positions include both auxiliary and vocational job roles:  

• Computer Operator (BPS-16)  

• Junior Scale Stenographer (BPS-14)  

• Naib Qasid (BPS-3)  

• Chowkidar (BPS-3)  

All these posts are held on permanent basis, signifying long-term employment. The educational prerequisites differ by position and span from basic education to higher level computer degrees.

2. Eligibility Requirements  

For positions such as Naib Qasid or Chowkidar that lie at the lowest tier of the organizational hierarchy, the educational criteria is rudimentary literacy or reading & writing skills. For these lower grade positions, applicants for junior scale positions such as stenographer will also require an MSc in Computer Science, BCS, BIT or similar credentials.

The upper age limit is 30 years for most positions, but extended to 40 for Naib Qasid and Chowkidar roles.

Job Location and Residency Requirement

Only residents of Haripur District can apply for these jobs. Candidates from other districts are disqualified. Applicants must hold a current domicile of Haripur, a National Identity Card (CNIC), and be registered as a resident.

6. Required Documents  

The following documents are required for application submissions:  

• CNIC (Copy)  

• Domicile certificate  

• Academic certificates along with passport size photos (attested photocopies)  

• Character certificate (if available)  

• Any experience certificate e (if applicable)

Please note that every position applied for requires distinct applications. As an example, if a candidate wishes to apply for both Stenographer and Naib Qasid, they will need to submit two different applications.  

7. Selection Procedure

All applicants will participate in a two-stage process:

Stage One: Written Test / Typing Demo Exam – Only candidates who have been shortlisted will receive invites.

Stage Two: Final Interview. Details of these interviews will be published on our notice boards as well as the website; no individual invitation letters or call slips would be dispatched.

Shortlisting will be done purely on merit basis relative to the criteria set in eligibility requirements and performance in the written examination alongside skill assessment.  

8. Important Dates

Deadline – 26th July 2025

Announcement Date for Test/Interview List – 26th August 2025

Display Platforms – Notice boards of the Judicial Complex and official court website https://districtcourt.haripur.gov.pk  

Candidates attending the test or interview are not entitled to travel allowance or daily subsistence reimbursement.

9. Salary and Scale Details

• Computer Operator (BPS-16): Up to PKR 75,000

• Stenographer (BPS-14): Around PKR 60,000+

• Naib Qasid / Chowkidar (BPS-3): Approx. PKR 25,000–35,000 

These remain estimates until government pay scale structure is issued.

10. Final Notes

Finalized forms must include an updated passport-sized photo as indicated above.

Submissions that are late or incomplete in some way will not be accepted.  

Every participant must meet the age requirements according to the calculation described in the advertisement.  

The court has full discretion to eliminate, alter, or substitute any portion of the selection procedure without any prior notification.
